PG is an exploration of Fontany's love of VHS tapes and an exploration into deconstruction. Using textile collage he reimagined his paintings of VHS spine art abstract forms following the rhythm of shape and colour departing from the original reference material

Oli created this work by experimenting with painting and drawing on fabric referencing images such as VHS spine art, film release date information, as well as recurring motifs of his practice such as densely packed alphabets and numbers. Oli then cut up these artworks into shapes of his choosing and patchworked them back together using both machine and hand stitching to create this kaleidoscopic tapestry of his interests and fascinations.
